Ours is angle iron frame with one leg of the frame resting on the floor surface. The cross bars are same heavy angle with the V (rotate that V 180 degrees) weded across the frame. These V's are recessed just enough that a piece of woven metal (recycled hog flooring) lays on the inverted V for a flush surface.
