perryton, tx | Both states are made up of a lot of rural areas. While there are exceptions, it seems that most of the good players coming out these days are city kids. However, these are big name programs so kids from LA, New York, D.C., etc. want to play there. And the schools obviously recognize that these are the kind of kids who win championships so they go after them at the expense of in-state players. My opinion anyway. | |
