We've had a couple of DOT audits, and nothing was said about whether or not we did any drug and alcohol training.  I would think if that was a requirement, they would have made us aware at audit time, since that would be an opportunity to collect some more fees.  We are part of a drug test consortium and we do make sure each driver knows that they are subject to being drawn for the random testing and failure to comply is grounds for dismissal.
