I had a 9040 pulling a 18 ft 870 and it worked the snot out of it. It was 2 falls ago and the ground was pulling pretty hard. It will pull it but not like you want to run. We could only go about 5 to 5.5. I traded for a 9060 and now we can run at a nice speed.
