Hauled them to a welding shop.
I would lay one on his table. Before I would have the next one there, he would have the 2 pieces done and on the floor.
Didn't cost much.
Just a bit of hand grinder and they looked good. And a little spray paint.
Before I had purchased 3 used row units with the short ones. Felt they would be better.
Also I had purchased one new short one from Shoup. So I needed 11 done.
I did leave one of them long with a chemical box on it. Use it to store stuff - Hand feed scoop, SMV sign, chain spray, etc.
The short ones DO make it easier to work on the rows.
