Patents are a waste of time and money in that all they do is give you the right to tell someone to not copy your idea and all they have to do is change something in the design and then you cant say they are copying your idea,,,,,,,,also you cannot patent something that has been already sold to the public,,,,,,,,so then you are in a hard place because you dont know if the public will want your machine until you try to market it,,,,,,,,,,if you have a desirable item,,,,,,,,,, the best is to flood the market with it ,,,,,,,,sell as many as possible in as fast as time as possible,,,,,,,then the would be scammers are out of luck,,,,,,,I am speaking from experience,,,,,,it worked well for me
