scky | I believe Ky. is the winner, of course I am biased. As for the stepping stone, I had thought the object of going to college was to get an education, but after thinking this through and helping get 3 of my own children through college, I have come to a different conclusion. I sent my kids to college so they could get a good job and support their families, I can't see where the athletes are any different. If any of us could have gone to school for 1 year and got a job that would pay multi-millions would we not have done this?
I do think Ky. and K-state run good programs, along with other good schools, I think a lot of the dislike for a particular school is the love of our school and some jealousy of the winner.
JMO for what it is cost.
