The trend is up, but there will be downs. Look at any commodity market chart it is never a straight line up or down. The only reason to use the board as a producer is to protect from the volatility. Drought, BSE, bird flu etc. because you want to protect the downside not so much for profit sometimes, but to prevent extreme losses.
