Northern CA | To follow up from above, I am not saying it is the credit card company's fault. Yes, he did authorize it. What I do know, is that the cc will try to go back and remove the funds from the recipients bank account. The cc company will have that ability because they already communicate with his bank account. I looked into taking credit cards in my business and there is some fine print / liabilities that you sign admitting to, agreeing to operate in fair and ethical manners, etc. | |
