I have a White 8500 series 16 row and have a New Holland 8970 pulling it i can't say that i would want too much less of a tractor to pull it. It is a lot of drawbar weight but i depends on the planter. I am afraid an RT 145 won't be enough even with a full rack of weights and MFD.
How much tractor for 16 row planter?
