Btw, don't you know the difference between hard and soft wheat. Hard wheat is what the grow west of the kansas/missouri Oklahoma/arkasas lines and soft wheat is what they grow east of there. Also hard is what they trade in KC and Soft is what the trade in Chicago. See there are tons of differences.
