For example if you are in Bluewater, ON it looks like you are about 40 miles from Carsonville. Where PointEdward/Sarnia are a little over 5 mi from Fort Gratiot.
I don't know what kind of performance you will see, but the farther you get from a base the more accuracy degrades and initialization time gets a little longer. You should definately have a usable signal at 10 miles or less.
I am not sure if MDOT CORS is only available to Michigan residents, so you may not get authorized to use it.
