Subject: RE: Insight NH3/N-Serve inject problem

SW Illinois
Ted, thanks for the reply. The red LED flashes when the pump is running. The faster the pump runs, the faster it flashes. My dad and brother had recalibrated a few days ago because it was only putting on a half rate. Yesterday, we found a stuck check valve on one cylinder and fixed it. We recalibrated and the Cal number went back to the original number again. He's sure it's putting on almost the exact right rate. We've never messed with the sensors on there, but could they need adjustment anyway and how would you do that? I should also mention that we had a bad check valve in the line that allowed NH3 to back into the pump, which is what ruined the o-rings and jammed the valve in the pump. Could it also have damaged the sensor? Thanks again.
