KY | I don't know if they will or not. Wife and someone backed into each other in a parking lot in town last year. Minimal damage. City police officer that worked it said the police here no longer are authorized to assign fault, just write the report as vehicle #1 and vehicle #2, nameless for the sake of favoritism I guess. Said the insurance companies can hash it out. Well, we had the same insurance (Farm Bureau.) They told us we could each pay to fix our own or leave them as-is, they weren't swapping money around inside the company!! I couldn't argue that one. | |
