south central IOWA | Do you find that it is better to have the gate open at night or does it matter? Maybe you could figure out a couple of lights (one on each post) that come on when the timer goes off and that would be the clue it's time to go.
Is it tough to train cattle that you buy to figure out your system? Is that a rule for culling? They have to be able to figure out how to walk through an open gate when it pops open. ;-)
