Morris, IL | What PTO pump? if it's a deere 1000 or 540 rpm thats all your going to get with esets. I found out the hard way. If you throttle up you will increase vacuum some but probably not enough. I seem to remember getting 12 inches with 1000 JD PTO pump at full throttle on 12 row 7200.
Edited to add, check to make sure vacuum gauge is set right, it should be right at 0 when not running, no below and no above.
