you suspsect it's a big draw, disconnect positive cable and put in a test light in line between the positive cable and the positive terminal on the battery. That way if it blows you know you have a BIG draw (ie starter soleonoid hung up) and won't wreck your meter. If it doesn't light or lights very dimly, put your ampmeter in between the pos cable and pos terminal and check for amps. I've always been told that .5 amps should be the limit. Anything more than that will wear down batteries. You can leave your ampmeter hooked up and start disconnecting suspect components or accessories. If you unplug an item (monitor, radio, controller,etc) and your amp reading on your meter goes away or below that .5 amp mark, then you've found the problem component. 135 miliamps is only .135 amps so if that's all your radar is drawing I don't think that'd be enough to drain them. Double check you don't have any other amp draw with your radar unplugged and if you don't I'd suspect bad battery.
