Subject: RE: Ben How do you like the switchgrass ?

Tryon,Oklahoma
Thanks Ben. I'm new to cattle. I have had mine less than ten years. Been looking at getting some pasture mix seed with switchgrass in it. Sounds like it produces a lot of forage pounds per acre. Its native to Oklahoma but most has been grazed out over the years. When we bought our 160 acres it was in bad shape as far as grass goes. I have hayed it and tried to get as much grass reestablished, before I got the cows. Last year really hurt that. Guy
