Subject: RE: Noodle Machines

Sheridan, MI - 1/2 hr. from the mitten's middle
My pasta machine is an "al dente" model made by VillaWare. I've had it for about 13 years with no problems so far, and I use it a lot. Its completely stainless steel contruction makes it easy to clean and it still looks like brand new. I originally purchased it for use with Fimo Art Clay, but when I saw how nice it was I changed my mind and decided to use it for my noodle making. I purchased it from Amaco Art Clay Company, 4717 W. Sixteenth Street, Indianapolis, Indiana 46222-2598. Their phone number is 1-800-374-1600. As I recall, it was about $40 at the time, much less than in any of the local kitchen shops. It has different width cutters for spaghetti, noodles, etc.
