Tablerock Ranch eastern Wa | most of are gatecut steers that have gone through carcass eval have graded choice and prime, we are a purebred angus comercial operation and will put my cattle up against the best seedstock out there, we have used AI and ET for close to twenty years that being said, i probably would qualify for the guy who doesn't know his way around a grid sheet as you suggested, i would however like to take advantage of a premum on my choice grades with the right people feeding , we have large feedlots that will custom feed like aggri beef, and a few private but nothing like the midwest, simplot has a large kill site an hour away, question how to pick the right feeder ? word of mouth is my only thought. |
