We caught our foundation in time? We basically added on 3 sides to move the foundation out,we did a concrete slab and arrange for the concrete to "seep" under old stringers above the rock walls....

I can't believe the difference in the whole basement.....it's dry.
We're very happy, and under a 1/4 of a new decent hauled in....that would've been bare minimum
