Saronville NE | I quess our real dilema is, 4 yrs ago we spent $30k on our present house, all new siding, roof, gutters, new carpet, vinyl, redid the bathroom and painted the inside of the entire house, along with new ceiling fans, etc. Our goal then was get by 10 yrs, we knew we had a couple walls cracked downstairs, but they got worse alot faster then anybody anticipated, make our last payment on that next month. So now with that money invested you feel you should move forward here, but wife doesnt really want too, and everybody says the same thing, you will regret it in the longrun. A new $200k+ house isnt in the cards here, and we have priced building new and even if keep it pretty plain and simple, with full basememnt and all, hard to do alot under $200k anymore, it can be done but wont be what you want if you know what I mean.
We really dont know what to do, but know we cant keep kicking the can down the road much longer, if we do, the answer will be real simple, there will be no choice but to do new or modular. | |
