western iowa,by Denison | Build a slab house-no basement-safe room for bad weather,why put a basement in with stairs?We have put steel on the roof of all our farm houses same as are machine sheds,bet you didnt even notice when you visited last year Paul? Have a local carpenter friend that lives in a machine shed house and its very nice!
