| When I had the same problem after I ran the batteries dead it would always start when charging. I finally figured out it was when I played with the positive wire that it would start. It ended up being the small wire (12or 14 gauge) that was connected with larger wire at the battery was corroded. This wire I believe goes directly to the ecm. You can not see the problem I just cut the wire from the large wire and put a new end on and have not had a problem in over a year.
