Subject: Hyd sprayer pump on JD 4430?

SW Indiana
I put a Hyd pump on the sprayer for this year, and am having some problems. When I first start out everything is fine, but after about 10 or so acres I start losing pressure. If I stop and throw the hyd lever out and let it rest for a couple minutes all is well again for a short time......then lose pressure again. I'm pretty sure it's the hyd oil heating up, as I understand on a 4430, when a hyd function is used the oil is diverted from the cooler.

Can anyone confirm that this is the problem? If so, would an auxiliary oil cooler solve the problem, and if so, any recommendations?
Thanks in advance.
