That seems like a lot of work, Don! Especially since small carts are super cheap. If I were building something for air delivery of seed only, I would use Valmar style metering. I think in the US you have Gandy that does similar things. Individual metering into each run. For something as small as you speak (with 12 runs) that would be my pick. They are non pressurized and quite simple and accurate.
