Subject: Raven NH3 Vapor

Midwest
I have added a cooler to my raven NH3 system. Now i am running a raven dual cooler with a jd controller. It seams to be working but I have much more vapor than I rememeber. I have four 3/4 inch vapor lines. I am fairly sure I have it plumbed correctly. I have three section valves next to my manifolds. A standard two valve system with a continental splitter going to the sections.
My two concerns are the vapor on the headlands ( it seams like it continues to flow the entire time I'm turning) and the pressure gauges at the section manifolds seam to pulse. I would say they bounce around about 4psi. Does this sound like I have a bad o-ring in the cooler? One cooler is new the other is one we have been using for years.
