I've been wanting to do a rear tank because of the weight distribution issue. The nose on the 846 is so long that the entire engine is in front of the front axle. Combine that with all the fuel capacity in front of the hinge and it has to be front-heavy.
That is a great idea about the pickup tank.... I have an old 425 gallon pickup tank laying around already I'll measure and see if it would fit.
Has anyone put a liquid tank on an old Versatile?
