I've got a 14' hygrade, W rear steer. If I was to do over I would spend the $$$$$ on a motor grader. Lotta good graders out there for the $15xxx money & they'll last a farmer 30-50 yrs. & do a lot more things easyer.
You will be supprised on how much you really need 1.
