it may be the shifting cam on the inside of transmission has dropped a roller,thats what mine did. it is a flat plate with a slot cut in it on the right hand side. if that is the case
the transmission dose not need to be removed , just unbolt it and slide it as far as you can to the left side of the fame, then remove cover plate, you will then see the cam plate and
rollers.
