I just fought some strange gremlins with my Peterbilt with an N14 and it turned out to be a bad battery cable, but check your battery cables, ALL of them, and check them very thoroughly. It would set off check engine, fluids, shut down light, and it would de-rate and then pick back up for a while and do it again, just a suggestion. Hope it works out
