Gross Hp - horsepower at the engine crank, have heard numbers for an average loss to the wheels/tracks and to PTO, but don't have them offhand - would guess 20% or so less PTO hp.

All the big 4wd & tracks are rated on engine (gross) hp, so easy to compare, but comparing a small 4x4 to a large rowcrop, need to convert.
