Driftless SW Wisconsin

From my own Hereford data, I am convinced I can raise more saleable beef per acre with a frame size 5.5 bull on a 5.5 cow than I can with a fs 7 bull on a fs 7 cow.

Many different ways to look at size depending on  where you are in location, where you are in the industry and size of your operation/acres grazing.  Feed conversion efficiency is another hot topic and starting to be measured. Jerry Huth's bulls for sale this spring are down at a test station in Iowa measuring feed efficiency among other things.
