30-40 cows is not going to pay the bills, but it couldget you started if you have other income. Get those 30 or 40 paid for in a few years then you could get some more cows and go fulltime. I would think a young man with debt would have to milk at least 80 cows or so. That should gross around 250k a year, or more.
