Kaukauna WI | wfb, I didn't read the whole thing but your 2nd link has crap numbers for expenses. Where you gonna find a $hit spreader or skidloader that works for anything close to $3k? And a tractor for $4,300? You can't buy a good lawn tractor for that!
Your first link - the guy had help! That is not starting from scratch.
deere, you need to go to a banker with projected initial outlays, first year projected income and expense report, first year projected cash flow report, current balance sheet, and 5 year projected income/expenses. Banker will want to know how much will you have left after everything else is paid, to pay him?
