I and my buddies were trying to hash out if we found something valuable how we would split it. They wanted 50/50. I thought 90/10 sounded fair because of the rent I have to cough up.
After a bit we thought it might be more of a liability that a reward if we found some ancient ruins. Probably would condemn the whole 160 acres for the next 5 years until they had it figured out!!!!
