| Another week, did you waste the time, or did you accomplish something? If you did well and lost something YAY.....if not, today is a new day, so lets try again. With the warm weather a lot of you guys are heading out to the fields and more grab and go eating. You can grab healthy stuff just as easily as bad for you foods. Drink lots of water too, you don't need that soda.
For me this week, I lost 2.8 pounds to bring my total lost to exactly 44 pounds. Very happy with that especially seeing at was at my mom's yesterday to celebrate my brother's 65th birthday this week. Big sirloin tip roast meal with all the trimmings. I had almost everything, but just very small portions including cake and ice cream. Portion control is so important. You don't feel denied so not so apt to fall off the wagon. Good luck everyone this week. | |
