I had a 5 or 6 year old cow dehorned that was using them as weapons. Took to vet and he cut off with a skill saw in a couple of seconds. Didn't take but a couple of minutes total. didn't cost very much, maybe $10 0r $20 dollars. Now she's totally docile around the other cows. Best money I spent at the vet.
