Subject: OK, I think I have the terminology right now.

I have a new Integra 3.1 with a Ravens flowmeter (710) gals, 168 NH3 pounds.

The rate controller is a Ravens fast Valve with an initial valve Cal of 743.

I understand that I should enter 71 for the flowmeter calibration (10% of the 710 gallons)?

1. In the controller type it has Direct Command or Flowmeter, what should I enter there? (It was set on direct command)

I set up the fast valve as an Inline servo with 40 valve 1,10 valve 2, and 5 response

Is the valve cal of 743 used anywhere in the Integra?

With these settings I only get on about 2/3 of desired rate. I upped the flowmeter to 90 and it is getting closer.

I would like to figure out why my numbers aren't working right. Rate is also constantly fluctuating from 90-250. Desired is 150.
