nebraska | Had several of those problems before, but not all at once like that. What valve calibrations have you done? As for the rate being innacurate, you need to do a weight calibration, but that is going to be the simplest thing to resolve and will not fix the other problems mentioned. Shutting it down and restarting it to get it to work sounds like firmwear or RTCM issues. The system should give a warning if product is still being applied after the fast valve is commanded closed. Do you have a fast valve selected in the field iq setup? Fast valve calibration takes some time and fine adjustments to get them to respond accurately. Especially when switching between high and low rates, ie. 70 to 200.
