I just experienced something that will do away with my love affair with ice cream at night.   Today I just had frozen banana's, strawberry's blended into a mix that was better than Schwan's vanilla ice cream with hershey's chocolate on it.    Banana's and blueberry's were great too.

I had my doubts going in, but man is it good!


Sorry I did not read your article.  Just thought I'd pass along something that makes fruit for a guy like me who doesn't eat much, WANT to eat more instead of something not so great for me. 

Wife has a Yonana on order now.
