I eat what I want to for breakfast and dinner and for supper eat none or very little. If I get hungry I heat up a cup of water and throw in a beef bouillon cube, that we get at Sam's club. it has 0 calories and I add a little black pepper and just a little tomato juice and it takes care of my hunger, Some nights I will splurge and drink 2 cups of bouillon, but usually just one will do the trick. | |
