And about people driving too fast, the drive is so rough that I don't go any faster than 25mph, but the UPS driver still does about 40 down it. The truck looks like a dang roller coaster.


That made me laugh. Short driveway, house and shop are on different drives. Generally moms friends come the house and Dads go to the shop. Upon not finding him in the shop they walk to the house. Follow the beaten path that dad takes ump-teen times a day that leads around the back of the house and to the back door.

As a general rule, when we are looking for work, we use what appears to be the most utilized door. Always be mindful of speed and driveways. Dad gets pissy when people drive on his grass so he is pretty mindful and has taught me to be mindful of driveways and parking spots. Better to walk a ways then block the teenagers car in the driveway or drive on the grass...
