Maddock, ND		743 sounds like the valve cal which is a fast valve. You will have to set you control valve settings to 40 and 10 most likely. The meter cal will be on the flow meter and should be listed in pulses/gallon and pulses/lb N. You want the pulses/gallon number and then divide by 10. Should end up being 68 to 72 somewhere in that neighborhood.
