northeastern Ohio | My L465 had about 4800 hours on it last year when it started getting fuel into the oil. I had the local pump shop completely rebuild the pump. They said it was showing severe internal wear and they had to replace everything. I think a new pump from NH was about $1400 at the time. They rebuilt it for around $600. It runs much better and starts easier now. When you pull the pump, make sure that you do not lose any of the shims. | |
