How about putting up a 20 mph or thereabouts "Speed Limit" sign at the entrance to your drive. Then a "Please keep off the grass" sign nearer the house? This way visitors have no excuse that "they didn't know" it was bothering you... I think I'd do that before complaining to someone's boss. jmho.
