Dunno about the CIH version, I've serviced dozens & dozens of the New Holland flavor. Those you just open the hood & there it is. DX45 should be the same as a TC45, or I'm mistaken. I can get a pair of filter pliers on the bowl ring working from the front, alongside the loader support.
