That truck should have no trouble with any of those loads. We pull really heavy stuff all the time and like someone said sway is only a real problem when the trailer is loaded too heavy on the rear. It really sounds like a trailer problem to me even though you said it did it with several trailers. I personally still suspect the trailers more than the truck. Try another trailer that is known to pull well behind another truck drop it and hook it to yours to confirm or disprove?
Too heavy of a load on the front of the trailer will pick the front wheels up right? Wouldn't that cause it to weave? I would think it would be about as bad as overloading the rear of a trailer. |
