We rented a 18ft RTS last fall, pulled it with 180hp (drawbar) tractor and it worked fine, hardly knew it was there. I think if you are at 140hp you will be fine, worst case scenerio you can remove a couple of the coulters on the outside to free up some ponies to maintain a higher ground speed.
