I'll be the odd man out and say I wouldn't even consider it. I have lots of hills and terraces and no guidance system. I don't know of anybody around here in the hills that does it. If 12 row planters are selling as reasonably this year as last year they are not much if any higher than an 8 row in my area anyway. You could get done planting sooner and not have to fight it combining.
